Registration Fees (in US Dollars)
As the instability of the world economy and the fluctuation in currency exchange rate increase the operation cost of the conference, the Organizing Committees are determined to ensure all participants to be comfortable and to have an admirable conference. The Organizing Committees would kindly ask all participants to make a contribution of 20 US dollars for the operation fees. |
The participant registration fee covers :
- Admission to all Scientific and Exhibition Programs
- Congress kits and materials
- AM & PM coffee breaks, three lunchs
- Opening and Closing Ceremony
- Welcoming Reception
- Farewell Gala Dinner
- Congress Proceedings
- Congress Excursion ( optional and the availability is on a first come first served basis, For booking, please indicate in the registration form) |
The Accompanying Person Registration fee covers :

- Farewell Gala Dinner
- Spouse Program (Optional) |
It is not commitment of the Organizing Committees to provide any financial support.

Method of payment
Registration fees are in US Dollars. Paying in other currency is not accepted. Payment for the registration can be processed through the following methods. |
All payments must be "free of charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender. After the payment of registration fees, please send a copy of the Bank Slip and the registration form to Fax Number : 66-2252-8773 or Email : registration@fava2008.com. A receipt of the fees paid will be given at the registration desk of the congress.

Comfirmation
Once the registration form and payment are received, an acknowledgement letter and receipt of payment will be issued. Please note that the order will not be sent until payment is cleared. |
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The FAVA 2008 Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration :
- By 1 July 2008 : Full refund of registration fees, less 10% for administrations and bank charges
- By 1 September 2008 : 50% refund of registration fees
- After 1 September 2008 : No refund of registration fees
If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate can be accomodated at no extra charge provided a written notification is receives before 15 September 2008.
- Refunds will be made after the congress. |
