Due to some administrative reasons, the Organizing Committee had decided to change the conference venue to the Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok & Bangkok Convention Centre (BCC), which is also located in the heart of Bangkok and can be easily reached by MRT and BTS. The new conference venue is also close to one of the biggest parks in Bangkok and shopping centers e.g. JJ Weekend Open Market, and Central Department Store.
